Attention all 3rd-8th grade singers!
Mrs. Travis is excited about the start of the 2026-2027 school year and wants YOU to join the ATS choirs! All students in grades 3-8th are welcome to join. The ATS chorus students perform at the Winter and Spring Concerts, the District Arts Festival, and Music in the Parks. Rehearsals are before school in room 60 (Music Room) at 8:00 a.m. Our first rehearsals and informational meetings will take place the week of September 8.
Sept. 8 - Sopranos (5-6th grade singers)
Sept. 9 - Altos (7-8th grade girls)
Sept. 10 - Baritones (5-8th grade boys with changed/lower voices)
Sept. 11 - Beginner Chorus for interested 3rd and 4th graders

Science Fair Winners:
A big congratulations to 5th graders Lori Sethi and Eloise O'Grodnick for winning the 5th–8th grade category with their project, "Fruit and Vegetable Batteries"! ⚡Marcus and Abigail Vita tied for "Best in Show" for Grades 1-4 with their work on Vitamin C!!
We also want to celebrate 8th grader Kourtney Nolan, who earned the "Fan Favorite" award for her impressive project, "Grasp: Gesture Response Arduino Servo Prototype Hand." 🤖🙌 Truly remarkable work!

Alexandria Township residents who have children five years old on or before October 15, 2026 are eligible to register for Kindergarten in the 2026-2027 school year. Please use the link provided to begin the pre registration process. If your child is currently enrolled in PK-4 at Alexandria School they will automatically be enrolled in kindergarten for next school year. Emergency Pesticide Use Notification
Attention all 3-8th grade singers! Chorus rehearsals will begin the week of September 2 starting at 8:00 a.m. in the music room. All students in grades 3-8 are welcome to join! We had a special assembly last week in honor of World Down Syndrome Day. A big thank you to our special guest speaker from Gigi's Playhouse, Mrs. Shrewsbury, who took time from her busy schedule to teach our students about Down syndrome and the programs available to support these individuals at Gigi's playhouse.
