Use of Alexandria School District Facilities

The Alexandria Middle School operates as a hub of activity for student and community groups throughout the year. We would like to take this opportunity to reinforce some of the requirements as set forth in the Alexandria Use of School Facilities Policy No. 7510 and Application. Copies of each of these documents are available by clicking the links below.

While we are pleased to be able to offer our facilities to the community and its organizations, we must note that failure to follow these rules may result in a suspension or cancelation of the organization’s facility use privileges.

Applications for Use of School Facilities must be made to the School Business Administrator not less than thirty (30) days prior to the requested initial date of use.   

We thank you in advance for your cooperation, and look forward to hosting your organization again in the upcoming school year.
