Send all requests for technical assistance to: helpdesk@alexandriaschools.org
Please include a subject that identifies the problem such as "printer jam", or "not on network"
Include as much detail about your problem as you can
Include what you already did to try to solve your problem
You will receive a response as soon as possible
Please DO NOT send multiple requests for the same problem. All requests are assigned a priority and dealt with as soon as possible.
Work Order Form- Fill out, save a copy & email as an attachment to croncej@alexandriaschools.org (AMS) or rocchetti@alexandriaschools.org (LDW). Work orders can also be printed & a hard copy placed in the head custodian's mailbox.
