LDW will
again be hosting a "Lunch with the
Bunch" for parents and students
during the months of January and
February.
A
schedule will be set up for parents
to eat lunch with their children.
Please
refer to the district Edline
calendar for the Lunch with the
Bunch schedule.
To keep
the program running smoothly and to
ensure seating, the parents will
need to call LDW to let us know if
they will be eating lunch with their
child.
ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP KINDERGARTEN
REGISTRATION
Alexandria Township residents who have
children who will be five years old
on or before October 1, 2010, should
notify the school as soon as possible by
calling 908-996-6812.
School officials will then send you a
letter of information that will explain
the procedures necessary for you to
register your child PRIOR TO
April 1st.
In addition to the regular screening of
five year olds, the school district also
provides Child Study Team evaluations of
children 3 to 5 who are thought to have
special needs. Parents who suspect
their pre-school child may have a
disability in areas such as learning,
language or behavior, should contact Joy
Dominic by calling 996-6811 ext. 251,
Monday through Friday. Mrs. Dominic
will make arrangements for your child to
be screened by the child study team to
determine if your child is eligible for
a special education program.
