Helpful Information from the
Cafeteria

All checks for lunch tickets
should be made out to:
Alexandria Twsp. Board of Ed.
(not AMS or LDW).
·
PLEASE make sure that your check
is made out for the correct
amount. $16.25 for one week,
$32.50 for two etc. Tickets are
only sold in lots of 5. Please
do not send in a lesser amount
for short weeks. The tickets
are good for the whole school
year.
·
On the memo line of the check
please write your child’s name
and grade. Checks do not have
to be in envelopes. If you
choose to send cash, please make
sure that it is in an envelope
with your child’s name and grade
on it.
·
If you have more than one
student in the same school
building you may write one check
for them. Just include names on
the check.
·
Snacks for LDW range in price
from $.25 to $.75. This includes
cookies, ice cream and chips.
AMS snacks range in price from
$.25 to $1.25.
·
On half days we do not serve
lunch. Please be aware of this.
