| Mr. Nicholas Romanetz - Interim Principal Mr. Romanetz graduated from Northeast Missouri State Teachers College, Kirksville, Mo in 1965 with a BS in Education, majoring in Health and Physical Education. He was awarded a graduate fellowship and earned a MA in Health & Physical Education from the same institution in 1967. In 1975 he received his Principal and Supervision Certification from Kean University and has accrued sixty graduate credits beyond his MA. From 1972-1994, he was an instructor and coordinator of the Driver Training Program in Edison, NJ, coordinating that program for two large high schools. In 1994 he was appointed Assistant Principal at JP Stevens High School, serving in that position for ten years. In 2004 he was appointed Principal of Herbert Hoover Middle School, in Edison, retiring in 2007. He also served as a substitute assistant principal at Voorhees High School in 2008 and 2009. Mr. Romanetz and his wife live in Clinton Township. | ||
| Mr. Anthony Mormile - Vice Principal Mr. Mormile graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism and again from TCNJ in 1994 with a Master's degree in School Counseling. He was hired in 1993 by Notre Dame High School as a guidance counselor and teacher. In 1998, he moved on to Hopewell Valley Central High School, where he worked until the summer of 2011. Mr. Mormile also coached boys' basketball. He served as the varsity coach at Notre Dame from 1996-1998 and as the varsity coach at Hopewell Valley from 1999-2010. In 2007, Mr. Mormile completed his Master's degree in School Leadership from Rider University. He was hired as the vice principal of Delaware Valley in August 2011. His responsibilities include attendance, discipline, and student affairs. | ||
| Mr. Edward Tranchina - Interim Athletic Director Mr. Tranchina a Bachelor's degree in health and physical education from Central Connecticut State University in 1972. Continuing his education, he obtained a Master's degree in health education from Adelphi University in 1975. He began his teaching career in 1977 and began his coaching career in 1978. In 1985, Mr. Tranchina transitioned to Westfield High School where he assumed the role of head football coach and Assistant Athletic Director. Several years later he was promoted to Athletic Director and served in that capacity until he officially retired on June 30, 2010. |
