Mrs. Dominic has worked for 16 years in education as an Elementary and Special Education Teacher, a Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant on the Child Study Team, and as a School Administrator. As a member of the Alexandria Township Leadership Team, she works with teachers and administrative colleagues to continuously monitor and maintain a viable,rigorous curriculum to insure that our students will achieve academic success. Additionally, Mrs. Dominic oversees all aspects of testing in the District including the NJASK and our District Assessment program, provides professional development training for staff members on relevant topics, and participates in the interview process when hiring new teachers. Mrs. Dominic has presented on various educational topics in the District as well as throughout the state including: Assessing Students in the Non-Tested Areas, We have the Data: Now What?, The Teacher Performance Evaluation Model, Assessment Literacy, and Differentiated Instruction. |
