District Announcements

  • TRANSPORTATION NOTICE:  Creek Road will be closed February 7 - March 31, 2012.  Transportation modifications will be sent to the parents of the children on the Red Route.
     
     
    TRANSPORTATION NOTICE:  Sweet Hollow Road will be closed to school bus traffic from February 21 - March 30, 2012.  Therefore,  bus routes A3 Green and A8 Black will revert back to the pick up and drop off times and stops that were in effect when the Sweet Hollow Road bridge was closed.

  • An email was sent today for opting in to receive text messages for emergency notifications.  The PIN # needs to be typed in.  It will not work if you copy & paste the PIN #. 
  • Due to a change in the negotiated agreement with the collective bargaining unit, the following parent teacher conference dates were added to our district calendar:  March 13th - Daytime Conferences, March 14th - Evening Conferences, March 15th - Daytime Conferences.  On all three days students will be dismissed early.  Revised District Calendar

March 13-14-15 Conferences; Early dismissal days; dismissal at LDW is 12:15 pm
 
HIB Training is scheduled for March 14, 2012 at LDW in the Gym from 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm.  RSVP is necessary.  Please call the office at 908-996-6812 X201. 
 
 
Kindergarten and Preschool Registration has begun! 

 LDW Main Office is taking names for registration for all three of our full-day programs; Preschool 3, Preschool 4 and Kindergarten.  Please contact the main office at 908-996-6812 ext. 201 or ext. 202 to register.   Preschool 3 and Preschool 4 programs have limited availablity and are very popular.  Please register as soon as possible.
