2009 Annual Campaign

November, 2009

Dear Friends,

BECAUSE THEY’RE WORTH IT! That’s the reason for the hard work and energy that the Alexandria Township Education Foundation puts forth every year to help enhance the learning of our students. Every child should be able to learn to their highest potential. Every child should have many opportunities. Every child will grow in their own way. Every child is important to us.

That is why the Alexandria Township Education Foundation, along with the teachers and administration, works cooperatively in providing innovative programs and new avenues for learning every year. It is also the time of the year when we reach out to the community: friends, neighbors, and extended family to help us with a financial donation so we can continue reaching our Annual Campaign goal. Last year, even during tough economic times, we awarded $19,000 towards teacher-initiated grants from which the children of Alexandria benefited. Thank you!

Take a look at our newsletter to see how much of an impact the Foundation has on the staff and students of our schools. If you wish, you can to make your donation by credit card or PayPal on this website.

You may also be able to double the impact of your contribution. Please check with your employer. Many local corporations will match your tax-deductible gift. The Foundation is also eligible to receive your United Way contributions (code 031012) and stock contributions.

We want to continue to make great things happen in our schools but it takes financial resources. So once again we are asking you to support the ATEF with a monetary donation. Every contribution goes directly towards grants that benefit our students. We would love to include your name in our showcases at LDW and AMS as a supporter of the Alexandria Township Education Foundation. Can we count on you?
